Elaine Hoefs also joined the Pathways Board of Directors in 2011, with a passion to help Pathways carry out its mission. Elaine attends LifePoint Church in Vancouver, WA, and is involved with local and foreign mission projects which benefit families in need. Elaine has been in social services for over 35 years, serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through advocacy, supported employment and residential programs. She is the owner of VanCare, Inc., a Supported Living Agency, in Vancouver, WA. Elaine and her husband, John, live in Vancouver, WA. Elaine has a mother’s heart for the unborn.
Randy Miller has been a supporter of Pathways since 1997 and has been serving on the Pathways Board of Directors since 2009. Randy has attended and served at Grace Church since 1991, and has been in emergency services for nearly 30 years. He was hired as a Paramedic firefighter for the city of Camas in 1991 and promoted into the Fire Marshall’s office in 2001. Randy continually demonstrates his heart for LIFE!
Calvin Hull joined the Pathways Board of Directors in 2011 after having been a supporter of Pathways and other area pregnancy clinics for many years. Cal and his wife Pamela live in Washougal and have four children. They attend Bethel Community Church, where Cal serves on the Board of Elders. Cal has been employed in the transportation industry for over 35 years and is currently Sr. Vice President for First Student, a national provider of contracted school bus transportation. He has been a great addition to the board with passion for the unborn and an eye for business!
Cliff Hamilton has been associated with Pathways since 1995. Cliff was first introduced to Pathways by “championing” the Walk For Life fundraising campaign each year and was the top fundraiser for 16 out of 18 years! His passion for the ministry and for LIFE propelled him to join the Pathways Board of Directors in 2009. He and his wife Karen have been a part of the Grace Church family in Camas for the past 18 years. Cliff also heads up the SW Washington Angel Tree Ministry for Prison Fellowship. He has worked as Regional Director of Logistics for Kraft/Mondelez for the past 29 years. He is so excited to see what God has in store for this ministry!
Debbie Manandic began volunteering at Pathways as a client advocate in 2014 and became a board member in 2015. Her years of experience as a financial advisor, church board member, and her heart for serving women in our community make Debbie a tremendous asset to our team. Debbie moved to the Camas area in 2010 to be closer to her children and has been attending, and serving, at Glennwood Community Church since then. Debbie is married with 2 adult children and 12 amazing grandchildren.
